Flexibility and convenience
The modular discharge elements enable flexible configuration of fuel transport from the silo to the boiler. From the discharge screw, the material passes through the safe backfire damper into the combustion chamber. Thanks to the ingenious combustion chamber geometry made of high-quality refractory concrete, even moist fuels up to M40 can be fed into the combustion process. This heavy-duty design promises a long service life and additional safety thanks to a combustion chamber temperature sensor, negative pressure control, and lambda sensor. The systems are tested for a maximum supply temperature of 100° and therefore also offer flexibility for hot water applications. Cleaning and ash removal are fully automatic. The 2 x 50 liter or 240 liter containers on wheels ensure convenient ash disposal.
Clean combustion and CO2-neutral: Wood is a domestic and renewable fuel that burns CO2-neutrally. The UTSD complies with the latest emission regulations and offers optimal combustion. The primary and secondary air is supplied via EC fans. An air flap is also controlled. The combustion chamber is continuously monitored for negative pressure. The EC flue gas fan regulates to changing chimney draft as well as to optimized combustion. Top combustion values are also achieved in partial load operation.
