Following the merger of Schmid energy solutions and Mawera to form the Schmid Mawera Group, the company is presenting itself with a new, unified brand identity.

The new brand identity marks another important step in the consolidation of the Schmid Mawera Group.
The new logo is a wordmark and symbolizes the merger of two strong and innovative companies. The decision to combine both company names was made deliberately to signal that the best of two high-performing worlds has been united, resulting in the innovative and leading provider of smart energy solutions.
The modern and expressive typography embodies a forward-looking identity. The new tagline “Energy Pioneers” clearly expresses the group’s self-image. For the pioneering spirit, innovative strength, and the will to actively drive sustainable energy solutions forward are at the heart of our actions and include employees, customers, and partners.

Symbol with a clear meaning
A central element of the new visual identity is the two opposing triangle symbols, which combine multiple meanings.
- Symbolism of warmth, energy, earth, and water
- An expression of pioneering spirit and progress
- The upright orange triangle as a symbol of a mountain or peak, determination, and capacity—pioneering spirit
- The inverted green triangle as a flag – setting out and moving forward together, achieving goals – pioneering work
- Both shapes also symbolize connection and unity
The color palette of the two forms brings together the best of both worlds and symbolizes the long-standing experience and strong foundations upon which the new group will continue to grow.

The clean, minimalist design language conveys high quality and gives the brand a modern yet timeless presence.

The previous .ch and .pl domains will be migrated to the new websites at a later stage and redirected accordingly.
