Seven Years of Successful Partnership – Now on a Long-Term Contract Basis

What began about seven years ago with an initial meeting has now grown into a successful partnership featuring numerous joint projects. During the Schmid Mawera Group’s International Sales Conference, this collaboration was officially sealed with the signing of a partnership agreement.

The agreement was signed by Adrien Haller, CEO of Energy &+, and Pierre Doreau, Head of Sales at Energy &+, together with Philipp Lüscher, CEO of the Schmid Mawera Group, and Laurent Koehl, Managing Director for France.

Shared Values as the Foundation

When Energy &+ was looking for a reliable manufacturer of combustion systems for biogenic solid fuels about seven years ago, its search led it to what was then Schmid AG energy solutions in Switzerland.

It became clear from the very first meeting that the two companies shared far more than just a similar corporate philosophy. A commitment to the highest quality and a shared determination to continuously develop innovative energy solutions formed the basis of the collaboration from the very beginning.

Convinced of the quality of the combustion systems and the consistent advancement of the technologies, Energy &+ launched a joint pilot project shortly after its first visit to Switzerland. This evolved into a partnership that has continued to grow to this day.

These synergies have already proven their worth impressively. Together, the companies have sold over twelve plants and successfully completed eight projects to date. The recent signing of the contract underscores their shared commitment to further expanding this successful collaboration over the long term.

The two companies have been exhibiting together for the past year at the Bio360 trade fair in Nantes, one of the largest international trade fairs for bioenergy, the bioeconomy, and CO₂ removal.
